Q: Do you have sales or offer promo codes?

A: We occasionally offer promo codes on our products or membership. Follow us on Facebook to be in the know.

Q: How are PDFs delivered?

A: Once you complete your order the system will automatically send you an email with a link to download the PDFs. If you have not received an email from my site immediately after purchase, check your junk folder. If you haven’t received it please contact us.

Q: Will I receive hard copies of the PDF that I ordered?

A: No, you will receive a link to download your PDF via email and also on the order confirmation page. From there you can print at home. If you have trouble downloading the pdf please contact us.

Q: I want more connection and accountability, is there a way to get that?

A: We offer connection and accountability through our quarterly Declutter Events in our membership program. Check out our events page for more information.

Q: I’m new to minimalism and it feels overwhelming. Where do I start?

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: Login to your membership account >account>membership>manage subscription>cancel subscription.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you purchase a PDF and it doesn’t meet your expectations please contact us at info@becomingminimalistmom.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If a refund is granted you agree to immediately delete the PDF original from all your electronic devices.
